If you have multiple children to enrol, fill out this form for each one, giving each a unique username, but using the same email address.
Please note that your email will not be used for purposes other than relaying learning status. You will not receive emails from this Learning Hub outside of badge notifications, certificate updates, or prizes being won by the athlete.
