To Register

Registration gives you access to all the learning materials, and allows you to receive a certificate once the course is completed!

There are two ways to register:

• If the athlete is 13 or older and has their own email address, they can fill out the form themselves using the green button below.
• If the athlete is under 13, a parent or guardian should complete the registration for them using the blue button.
